Description
Ametros is the nation’s largest professional administrator of medical insurance claim settlements. We help individuals manage their ongoing medical care through our CareGuard service and proprietary technology platform. CareGuard provides settlement advisory support, saves our members money on medical expenses, ensures compliance with government reporting, and facilitates the navigation of the complex US healthcare system.
Sr Associate of Cash Management Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day to day banking activities for Ametros, including review of daily lockbox deposits and reconciliations of multiple bank accounts in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for various other tasks including, but not limited to, reconciliation of outside vendor bills to internal information and assisting with the Prepaid Card program. Individual must also be able to communicate the nature of the accounts for which they are responsible for reconciling.
• Review & approve daily lockbox reconciliation files
• Review & approve daily bill pay reconciliation files
• Complete daily & monthly bank account reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Complete monthly reconciliations for multiple outside vendor bills pertaining to bill review fees
• Assist with Prepaid Card program
• Review & approve various other transactions in the bank for accuracy pertain to our members
• Assist in preparation of materials as part of the annual external audits and SOX testing
Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Ability to reconcile bank accounts with complex activity
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve & think critically to find solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to achieve results
The estimated salary range for this position is $28.00/hr to $34.00/hr. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
