We are hiring a Manager, Product Management to join our team!  Your main objective will be to understand our members and ensure we are building products, solutions, and services that fit their needs.  You will work alongside other departments as you discover, define, and prioritize the improvements to grow our member base, increase engagement, and improve member satisfaction.  To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for helping people have the best experience with products and services and the ability to translate their needs into impactful product or process improvements as you work alongside development and operations teams to bring those improvements to life. Key responsibilities for the role:
•    This is a People Leader role. Manage and enable team members to achieve their highest potential by promoting self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement
•    Focus on the member experience. Conduct member interviews to collect feedback to ensure we are meeting our members’ needs
•    Develop strategies to enhance the Ametros’ product and service offerings to our members
•    Enhance Ametros’ web and mobile product offerings to encourage digital engagement 
•    Works with the business and technical leadership to identify ways to drive forward the delivery of the prioritized strategic roadmap initiatives
•    Emphasize the adoption of Agile methodologies to enhance the delivery of solutions
•    Develop and maintain our member lifecycle to identify key journey points
•    Engage the analytics team to define, track, and measure and measure product KPIs 
•    Structure, write, prioritize, and maintain epics, stories and acceptance criteria; closely partner with engineering leaders to execute in sprints to rapidly ship and iterate 
•    Lead cross-functional team in product development and service enhancement
•    Review, analyze, and provide improvements to operational workflows to support our products 
•    Conduct build vs buy analysis to weigh the benefits of buying off the shelf solutions 
•    Identify new services our members need that we can offer to them
•    Develops, facilitates, and executes comprehensive project plans and schedules, vendor-related agreements, requirements’ gathering sessions, daily/weekly stand ups, and executive reporting
•    Ensures decisions are captured, risks and issues are tracked, mitigated, resolved and/or escalated as appropriate
•    Present plans and strategy to senior leadership team
 

Key skills/experience qualifications for the role:
•    5-10 years of Product Management experience preferably in a healthcare or related field
•    Track record as a Leader of cross functional agile teams 
•    Strong written, analytical, leadership, and presentation skills 
•    Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities 
•    Experience building out and achieving product metrics
•    Ability to influence and align cross functional team members to achieve results
•    Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail
•    Effective conflict resolution

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000USD to $150,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
