We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist with a strong foundation in email marketing automation and content development to support both B2B and B2C marketing efforts. This role will lead the planning and execution of email campaigns using HubSpot and Dynamics 365, while also developing high-impact content including email copy, sales collateral, and evergreen blog posts.
Key responsibilities for the role:
Email Marketing & Automation
Design, implement, and optimize automated email campaigns in HubSpot and Dynamics 365.
Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics to drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and audience behavior
Content Strategy & Development
Write and edit compelling content for email campaigns, sales enablement materials, and blog posts.
Develop thought leadership and evergreen content tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
Project Management
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals for marketing initiatives.
Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules to ensure timely execution.
Key skills/experience qualifications for the role:
4–6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, automation, and content
Proficiency in HubSpot and Dynamics 365 Marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience creating content for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
This is a hybrid role with expectation to be in office 3 days per week
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000USD to $95,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
