The Marketing Associate supports our day-to-day Marketing activities and will assist with events such as conferences and webinars and help with creating and editing marketing material such as presentations, marketing slicks, emails, social media posts and speaking proposals. This person plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What you will do

  • Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations and marketing slicks that effectively communicate product value and align with brand standards.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for marketing-related requests from the sales team, ensuring all tasks are tracked, prioritized, and completed on time.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality marketing assets that support sales goals.

  • Review and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, with a strong focus on detail.

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to gather input and ensure marketing materials meet strategic objectives.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines


Education Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred


Experience Qualifications

  • 3-4 years experience in a professional setting required

  • 1-2 years PowerPoint experience required

  • 1-2 years Graphic design experience (Canva) required

  • Project Management and/or Workfront experience preferred

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr. USD to $30.00/hr. USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
