The Manager, Strategic Account Management is responsible for overseeing a list of key accounts and supervising a team of Strategic Account Specialist focused on the development of the account management function and the key accounts we aspire to grow and retain throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all facets of people management to include, coaching, facilitating performance and corrective action discussions and fostering a positive work culture.
Strategic and innovative thinker – using outside of the box ideas to meet annual quota goals
Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
Collects and analyzes data to better position Ametros products and services in the market
Keeps accurate records pertaining to potential case load and account notes
Resolves complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes
Identifies industry trends
Communicates and delegates action plans throughout sales organization
Must be willing to travel (30%)
Skills/Experience Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years’ experience in a sales or account management position
Knowledge of MSA Terminology, Workers’ Compensation and liability cases, along with an understanding of Ametros products
Proven sales strategy experience resulting in significant client relationship growth
Aptitude for solving complex issues for account management, sales and potential clients
Ability to educate clients and prospective clients, manage and build relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication
Workers’ Compensation and/or Medicare Set Aside Subject Matter Expert with deep domain expertise in post settlement administration for Worker’s Compensation and liability cases; has an ability to explain to others through written and verbal methods and act as a resource for Sales Operations team and Member Care Services.
Systems Subject Matter Expert with ability to navigate through multiple systems including: MS Office Suite including Word and Excel, CareHub, Adobe, and Salesforce products.
The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000USD to $120,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
