The part-time mailroom administrator will be responsible for the accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages for 200 Ballardvale in Wilmington and Burlington.

  • Opening, sorting, delivering or scanning incoming mail to designated departments

  • Printing and preparing envelopes, mailing labels and postage for outgoing mail

  • Opening, copying and sending checks via USPS priority mail

  • Traveling to Burlington Post Office to pick up mail from PO Box (15 – 20 min drive from office, both ways)

Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel to multiple locations—e.g., to cover different sites or buildings on demand

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages, typically up to 25lbs

  • Basic computer literacy—Word, Excel, Outlook plus mail tracking systems. 

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

This is a Part-Time role with the expectation to work 15-20 hours per week

The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour.
