The Sales Operations Specialist primarily supports all aspects of sales for the company. The position requires excellent phone and email skills with the ability to adapt correspondences to a wide variety of audiences, including attorneys, insurance claims adjusters, claimants/injured workers, and structured settlement brokers. The role works closely with the sales team and Member Care Services team to facilitate onboarding and management of Members’ medical accounts.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide timely pricing proposals and agreements upon request from clients
Educate: Serve as a point of contact for all product and service inquiries related to Ametros
Build and maintain relationships with new or established clients and assigned accounts and ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
Participate in and follow up on sales calls when necessary
Communicate with Members to educate them on our products to help them manage their medical treatment needs
Focus on conversions/Meet outlined KPIs
Configure and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all referrals
Take part in sales trainings or mediations as necessary.
Generate ad hoc reports as needed
Incoming and Outgoing phone calls are a requirement.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Excel
Additional computer skills, ability to navigate programs rapidly a must
Interpersonal skills and comfort in building working relationships with co-workers
Adaptability- the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, work load, or schedule
Dependability- the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instruction, and responds to management direction
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and patience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt communication style depending on audience
Aptitude for problem-solving- the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A desire to continue to learn and improve both self and the organization
Sales support mindset: you are comfortable overcoming objections
Driven by both individual and team results
Must be located on the West Coast or able to work west coast hours
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000USD to $65,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
