The Data Quality Associate is responsible for inbound data entry and ongoing data maintenance. They also provide general administrative and organizational support.What you will do
Initial entry of new referrals and ongoing maintenance of data updates on the file.
Entering medical benefit data.
Triaging emails to internal stakeholders.
Contact & Account creation.
Working various projects compiled of files needing data updates/review.
Opening, scanning, & entering mailed in medical allocation reports.
Collaborating with team members to tackle large volume projects together.
Other varied data and administrative activities as necessary.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Very strong attention to detail and accuracy of information.
Comfortability with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to take direction and guidance and develop independence with respect to workload.
Passion for working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Kind, courteous, good sense of humor and solid work ethic.
Education Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Experience Qualifications
0-2 years Data Entry/Data QA experience preferred
experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00USD to $24.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
