This role will be responsible for supporting both Dynamics 365 and HubSpot through ongoing system maintenance, monitoring, and small-scale enhancements. The CRM Admin will work closely with the development team to ensure a smooth end-user experience within the CRM. This role will help build out project documentation, conduct quality assurance testing for sprint cycles, and maintain alignment across systems through thoughtful process evaluation. This role serves as a liaison between business users of the CRM and the IT team that is responsible for developing and maintaining the system. It plays a critical part in driving operational improvements and supporting scalable solutions across teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor/Investigate CRM issues, document findings, and work with appropriate teams to have them resolved.
- Document and track system enhancements, configuration, and cross-platform project details.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on new features and releases across both CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance user experience through thoughtful, non-developmental changes.
- Provide support on smaller CRM projects including data updates, form adjustments, field creation and workflow tweaks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and support continuous system improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure the CRM systems align with business needs.
- Stay current on CRM platform updates and recommend innovative ideas for system optimization.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a CRM support, operations, or admin role (non-development).
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or HubSpot; familiarity with both is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to build and manage detailed project plans; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to track and document cross-functional projects and system changes clearly and concisely.
- Highly adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Interest in process improvement and shaping evolving systems.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices, data hygiene standards, and user-centric design principles is a plus.
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000USD to $80,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
