Supervise the associates/senior associates on the Ametros Member Banking team. The Supervisor, Member Banking will be responsible for managing critical processes in servicing our members, including funding their bank accounts and paying bills on their behalf. They will prepare reconciliations to track cash inflows and outflows and identify and solve problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage associates on Ametros Member Banking team

  • Manage execution of daily lockbox reconciliation

  • Manage execution of daily bill pay process

  • Complete daily & monthly bank account reconciliations for multiple accounts

  • Complete monthly reconciliations for multiple outside vendor bills pertaining to bill review fees

  • Oversee Prepaid Card program

  • Review & approve various other transactions in the bank for accuracy pertaining to our members

  • Assist in preparation of materials as part of the annual external audits and SOX testing

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related fields is preferred.

  • 5+ years of accounting and supervisory experience.

  • Experience in the execution of reconciliations

  • 2+ years of people management experience

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and cash reconciliations.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be proactive and provide actionable solutions.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

  • Ability to work well under deadlines and prioritize tasks based on importance.

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000USD to $100,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
