The Data Quality Administrator is responsible for inbound data entry and ongoing data maintenance. They also provide general administrative and organizational support.
Initial entry of new referrals and ongoing maintenance of data updates on the file
Entering medical benefit data
Triaging emails to internal stakeholders
Contact & Account creation
Working various projects compiled of files needing data updates/review
Opening, scanning, & entering mailed in medical allocation reports
Collaborating with team members to tackle large volume projects together
Other varied data and administrative activities as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of Data Entry/Data QA experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Very strong attention to detail and accuracy of information
Experience reading/summarizing legal or policy documents
Comfortability with Microsoft Office products
Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
Ability to take direction and guidance and develop independence with respect to workload
Passion for working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
Kind, courteous, good sense of humor and solid work ethic
The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
